Amélie

"Amélie" is a french comedy, released in 2001 and directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. It tells the story of Amelie Poulain, a young waitress who struggles with her isolation and decides to change her life.
The film is beautiful and it was quite successful. I managed to film the whole film online, so here it goes, just for you. The film is in french, but it includes subtitles in english.

The Shining

"The Shining" is a horror film made by Stanley Krubick, based on a classic novel with the same name by Stephen King. The plot tells the story of a family which moves to an isolated hotel after the main character, Jack Torrence, takes a job as an off-season caretaker. His son, however, as psychic abilities, being able to see the ghosts who inhabit the hotel, and he can also see past and future events. As the film progresses, we witness Jack spiraling into madness...

Silverchair is an Australian Alternative Rock/ Post-Grunge band. The band members began playing together at a very young age, and recorded their first studio album at the age of 15. Over the years, they recorded four more albums before announcing an indefinite hiatus last year.
